Northern Gateway will be an inclusive and vibrant area for all to enjoy. At its southern end is Mel’s Village, a unique community unlike any other in the U.S. It is being created with close guidance from Ozaukee County nonprofit Mel’s Charities to improve quality of life for all residents, especially those with developmental disabilities (IDD).
