Saukville's Gateway Sports Academy opens Friday, May 30, 2025. The state-of-the-art facility boasts four basketball courts, six volleyball courts, 12 pickleball courts, and nine basketball shooting cages. It will be home to Chapman-North Basketball Academy, Chapman Basketball Academy (which has more than 80 AAU basketball teams) and Premier Volleyball Club. Additionally, it will offer exceptional year-round sports and fitness programming including adult leagues, open gym, birthday parties, community youth program court rentals, basketball and volleyball tournaments, and summer camps.

Mel’s Village is a unique community designed to improve quality of life for all residents, especially those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
